Effluent Treatment Plants:
The Effluent Treatment plant is designed to treat the effluent coming from different areas of the plant. The treatment of different effluents varies with the type of effluent. Agravarti Process Engineers provides sophisticated and innovative designed wide range of Effluent Treatment Plants to meet the stringent need of the customers.
Water is basic necessity of life used for many purposes one of which is industrial use. Industries generally take water from rivers or lakes but they have to pay heavy taxes for that, so it’s necessary for them to recycle that to reduce cost and also conserve it. The main function of our ETP is to purify industry effluent and recycle it for further use.
Industrial wastewater contains a diversity of impurities and therefore for this reason alone, its treatment constitutes a special task. Our expertise is advantageously employed for the technical and economic optimization of every subsequent facility. The treatment process contains mechanical, physical, biological and chemical process steps.
Based on the type of Effluent, some Effluent Treatment processes are specified below,
- Aerobic Biological Process: - It takes place in the presence of air (oxygen). IT utilizes those microorganisms (aerobes), which uses molecular/free oxygen toassimilate organic impurities i.e. convert them in to carbon dioxide, water andbiomass.
- Anaerobic Biological Process: - It takes place in the absence of air (oxygen). It utilizes microorganisms (anaerobes) which do not require air (molecular/free oxygen) to assimilate organic impurities. The final products are methane and biomass.
